I'm going home.

I've checked out of all the various Red Cross functions. I've filed for my reimbursement for food and gas. I've made my plane reservation. All that remains is for the travel agency to admit they have my travel authorization, and then I'm going home.

My plane is Continental flight 36 out of Orlando at 5:20 PM. It arrives in Newark around 8 PM. With luck, my parents will pick me up, as I haven't got a car service waiting in the wings. I'm taking tomorrow off from work- this is accepted procedure at my Chapter and my boss is OK with it. Might take Friday, too, but we'll see.

I don't normally like the state of Florida very much- the geography, the climate, and the food are not my style- but I liked it this time. It needed help. It was nice to me. It had bookstores within easy reach and its people were kind. I am glad to be going home, but I'll say this much: I didn't mind being in Florida this time.

OG. GET. HOME. OKAY.

(Og not have many nice thought for BTI, who make Og white bird arra... ar... who do ticket thing for Og. Og get to counter at place of white bird, lady tell Og, 'Og, your ticket ready, but it say you no pay yet'. So Og call BTI. Og tell BTI that BTI tell Og TWO HOUR AGO that ticket gonna be ready in TWO MINUTE.

BTI put Og on hold. Og drink water come from Frozen North (it say 'SOURCE: GREY COUNTY, ONTARIO' on bottle if Og remember right). Og get Magic Frozen North Power to stand and be patient and only go 'eh' when Og really want hit someone over head with hockey club.

BTI come back. 'Og, your ticket ready. BTI sorry.' Og still have Magic Frozen North Power, so Og say, 'that okay, Og understand'. Og then go give bag to TSA man.

derien, Og think you need talk to TSA boss. This THIRD TIME Og get on plane with jackknife in Og bag. And this time Og got SPECIAL search, with beep-beep stick and lady check all Og pocket and man go through Og bag. This knife as long as Og middle finger! Made of stainless steel!

Anyway, Og make it home okay. Og finish read cowboy book. Og read scary white-hair-silver-eye-Frozen North Law Man stories more so Og get scary white-hair-silver-eye-Frozen North Law Man right next time Og write about him. Og do knitting. Og read of Hudson Bay Company, Northwest Company men marry Indian women and what happen to children. Og get lousy sandwich. Og listen Sergeant Preston story- two, three, maybe four? Not remember.

And Og get big heavy bag back okay, even little hot candy of death that Og pack in special box, and Og now home.

Yay.
