Started developing a headache last night somewhere around eleven PM. Winced a lot, drank a lot of cold water, went to bed something like an hour early.
Headache still there in the morning. Buggrit.
Ate one of the calcium chews I bought last week (basically chocolate-flavoured caramels with 50% of the USRDA of calcium per caramel). Headache started to decline but was still present some time later, incl. small doses of nausea as I headed downstairs for shower.
Stopped @ Starbucks, got venti mocha. Have consumed mocha and ibuprofen.
Headache now mostly gone. Suspect mild migraine as most of my headaches don't last through the night. Many migraines also partly attributable to caffeine withdrawal, though I am not a big coffee drinker so I dunno how much that figures into it.
Going to assume the remaining tinges of headache = 'brain dirty'; I will therefore purge this by writing more about John now...
Oh! That reminds me. Anyone care to trade a copy of Dangerous Habits for Fear and Loathing? Somehow I completely failed to notice I bought the wrong TPB yesterday. Not that I disliked F&L, but I really wanted the other one instead.
