Sorry I've been quiet lately, guys... I don't know why I haven't been inclined to post the last few days. Work's been busy, I know that much. I haven't had school, and I haven't been doing that much at home to distract me, I've just been lazy, I guess...

Amazing what can perk up one's mood...

I don't normally visit Penny Arcade from work, because it's not the kind of thing you can explain to an employer. Today, though, I was feeling a bit on the grey side - as my last post makes clear - so after some concentrated 'I will do what I am supposed to do' work, I figured I'd poke at the net a bit to see if anything could make me laugh. It's easier for me to solve stupid personal mood problems when I'm laughing. And oh, Tycho did not disappoint... Click on the strip first, by all means, it made me smile. But the true laughter, as my sense of humor registers such things, was to be had via a link in one of his news posts. He calls it 'the greatest Ad Council banner ever'. I am inclined to agree with him...

(Also my copy of the soundtrack to Jin-Roh came in today's mail. Who knew the soundtrack of an anime movie set in a postwar Japan where the Japanese lost WWII to Nazi Germany instead of the Allies could be so appealing? I loves me some eBay.)
