It's a good day today. I'm getting caught up with all the tasks I didn't get to finish yesterday. I had a decent lunch - bad for me, but it tasted good. I got to read a new cooking magazine issue while I was eating. It's grey and drizzly outside, and the world is wet, which is good. I got paid. I've got a Moot to run tonight. The drawing I put up on the web site last night still looks really good. It's peaceful. I'm happy.

The last time the world was this nice to me was September 10th. I'm in such a good mood that I"m inclined to think this is a continuation of that day, a bridge over the time-pocket that we suddenly dropped into on 11 September, as if all the planned events and happenings of the world were put on hold by the attacks and are about to start happening again, four or five months late. I don't mind this. We'll see how it goes.

Wow.

I don't remember the sky turning black that fast since I left Cleveland... Sorry, we just had a weather system pass over the office that turned the entire western sky nearly black. now it's an odd greeny-browny-grey. I don't plan to worry unless it goes black again, the worst of it is headed for Newark, but wow can I hear it against my window.

I love having an actual office now.
