elvichar's journal and found this little gem of an entry. It put me in mind of the discussion that a number of my fellow insane LJ friends and I had, where we determined that the Ultimate Good Movie was one that had pirate monkey ninjas in spacegoing giant robots, and pie. (Because everything's better with pirates, everything's better with monkeys, etc.) Based on a review of elvichar's DVDs, their stars, and their plots/plot elements, the following statement is made:
In conclusion: on this evidence my ideal film appears to be a kung-fu musical comedy, starring Kevin Spacey and Jackie Chan as vampire drag queens.
Suddenly I have this terrible urge to go home and count over my own DVD's. I feel reasonably sure my ideal film is not in English, but beyond that I don't know.
