camwynI've been playing Spider-Man 2 for the PS5 the past week or so. Quite enjoying it- much more so since the Kraven the Hunter plot finished up. God, I hate that guy.
But it is unutterably weird to catch myself thinking "wow... as a tinnitus sufferer, I can actually kind of sympathize with Venom." I mean, yeah, it's an eldritch abomination from between universes and it plans to make the entire world better by bonding everyone and everything into one great big black gooey hive mind, but screaming in pain at squealy noises that neither it nor anybody else can make stop? I can totally sympathize with that.
