You know, I stopped and re-read this a time or two wondering how you sewed your own foot onto your leg. Sounded like it might be part of a game you were playing.
I could probably have used it when most of what I was doing was masks, but I'm using it now to work with knit fabrics so that they don't get all puckered and weird.

Date: 2021-04-27 11:43 am (UTC)The Even Feed Foot, sometimes called a Walking Foot, evenly feeds multiple layers of fabric without sliding or puckering, and is a must-have when quilting. It is also great for matching plaids or stripes and sewing fabrics with nap or pile, to keep them from shifting. The foot has its own set of feed dogs that work in conjunction with the sewing machine’s feeding system for perfect fabric feeding!
