My first thoughts are "Great views!"...and then I start wondering what the HVAC costs are, and how many bird strikes they get daily, and thinking that they obviously don't care about glare on their TVs...

For something like this I'd want blinds that had to be operated by hand, no IoT smart house stuff- there are too many opportunities for a bored kid with wifi to sit and walk through every single known exploit until he finds the way to randomly open and close the blinds remotely.

However, if a Squeegee Roomba exists for vertical surfaces, I'd want three of them for this house.

There is a Squeegee Roomba-type device! Although I think the pane dividers might cause it some issues if it hasn't been improved since that review (which is what introduced me to TechMoan's channel).

Also, my husband thinks it's a crime that the silo doesn't have an office at the top, but he's sold on the TV in the bathroom visible from the tub.

Wooow.... The Price History is telling....taking the price it sold for 4 years ago and tacking on nearly a million? Its tax assessment is only 800K to boot.

I know the housing market is crazy right now, but this seems a bit of a stretch even so.

The greenhouse is a nice perk, but it doesn't look there are curtains, even in the bedrooms, and I can only imagine what the HVAC costs are with all that glass.

The description mentions some kind of automatic shades, not that I know what Lutron shades are. That's something, at least.

They were really in love with the idea of glass - even Lucite chairs at the dining table. But they don't know how to choose their photos. I had to flip through so many that were virtually identical that I lost interest and never discovered where the bedrooms were. Up under that metal roof, so you can listen to the rain drum all night?
