Joyful realization I had the other day: having gotten my first shot and scheduled my second, I could remove the Twitter app from my phone. I'd reinstalled it specifically to give me notifications from the vaccinetime account, which is a bot that that reports whenever blocks of vaccinations become available in Massachusetts and provides a link to sign up.

I don't need the notifications any more, so the app goes away.

I still have my Twitter account for Crowmark Creations, if only so I can post about 'I made a jewelry thing!', but the more difficult it is for me to randomly browse Twitter, the better it is for my mental health.
