Word of advice, friend copywriter: if you are writing geographically focused ads, please remember that some places are bigger than others. 'Chicago area homeowners' is a legitimate grouping. So is 'Illinois homeowners'; it's not as closely defined as the area around a single major city, but a state border is still a legit grouping.
'Texas area homeowners', however, is so big as to be virtually meaningless in terms of ads that focus on energy pricing and policies.
Just... just stick to '$CITY area' and '$STATE', okay?
