Jun. 22nd, 2020 08:18 amHow thick is Greek style yogurt supposed to be? I left a batch of homemade Bulgarian yogurt in a butter muslin-lined strainer overnight and was able to remove it from the strainer by hand this morning. Like, in one piece, by hand. Is that right? Did I make labneh by mistake?
