How thick is Greek style yogurt supposed to be? I left a batch of homemade Bulgarian yogurt in a butter muslin-lined strainer overnight and was able to remove it from the strainer by hand this morning. Like, in one piece, by hand. Is that right? Did I make labneh by mistake?

Yeah, that sounds like labneh. Greek yogurt is supposed to be a little thicker than sour cream. (Or at least what I think of as sour cream consistency. It's a good substitute for it in dips at pretty much 1:1)
