camwynHad Chinese food for lunch today. Hunan beef, from a place not far from where I work.
Somehow it's just not the same. Couldn't help looking at it while I was eating and wondering how much that had to be changed, since the restaurant in question caters primarily to the local non-Asian population. The two people with me, who'd picked the place out, were very determined in their rejection of hot and spicy; meanwhile here's me, thinking that the stuff in front of me was just barely noticeable despite being hot... oh, well. Can't go back again, I guess. At least I can still feel my tongue.
