Can't seem to mail <ljuser="cadhla"> from work. Using MS Outlook 2000 and Exchange Server 5.5 I get a message saying 'The recipient name is not recognized'. That's it. Could mean any number of things.
Using Instinct Mailer, I get to see slightly more reasonable error messages. I...

The damn thing worked! I got '553 malformed address' errors this morning, but NOW Instinct Mailer is working...
Okay, well, no sense prying into it too far. I'll just keep going with Instinct Mailer until it barfs again. I like Instinct. It's free, it gives me clearer error messages than Outlook, it lets me fool with text size so I can see more of what I'm doing, and it looks cool. If it continues to work I'll register it, the writer deserves a boost.
Damn. So much for asking for technical support today.
