The miconazole drops helped but a follow-up visit indicates that it's probably a bacterial infection more than the yeast one, so the doc sent me home with twice daily drops with topical steroid added plus stuff to try and clean out her ears with a cottonball for twice a week. Also Puralube for the eye, as needed.

Unrelated except in that it has to do with felines, and I think some of y'all will appreciate it: in a thread on Captain Awkward that took a turn for the 'this is what I named my pet', I had to smile upon seeing that someone named their tabby Ivan Vorcatril.
