I have no idea which of the patches I applied actually covered a leak- some of the scratches I saw might've been leak sites, but they might also just have been damages to the surface of the plastic. But I finally got off my ass last week and patched my inflatable kayak, which I hadn't used for over a year, and yesterday I took it out in the harbor for some paddling. If I measured my route correctly on mapometer.com I did something like 1.5 to 1.6 miles total.

There were so many terns in the air, diving at the water and circling overhead. It was glorious.

I need to get out on the water more.
