Found a card in the bike lane of the JFK Surface Road yesterday, about where you'd expect something that had fallen out of a driver's pocket as they closed the door might have landed. Turns out the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance has a standing 'if you find this, throw it in a mailbox and it'll get back to us' arrangement thing going on.

Hopefully the gentleman who lost his benefits card gets it back again soon.
