questionoftheday asks: What totally mundane, harmless thing scared you the most as a child?

My answer: grass. As a little kid- like, four or five- Mom used to keep me in sight when we were outside by putting me on a towel or blanket out on a lawn. I'd get to the edges and scream rather than try to go further.
