May. 29th, 2018 01:02 pmTip: if you're writing something that takes place on Earth and requires sea travel between two real-world port cities and you don't know how long it's likely to take because Google Maps presumes you can only travel on land or by air, pay a visit to https://sea-distances.org/ . You can get the distances between rather a lot of pairs of port cities there, and if you happen to know how fast a ship similar to the one you're writing about can travel, you can have the site calculate the transit time for you too.
