EARRINGS

My mother asked me the other day to send her pictures of whatever I was working on in the earring department, as she was interested in possibly getting a pair as a gift for a women she works with. I sent her the pictures of my existing earrings- mostly that's sea glass wraps- and then these. No clue if she's looking for crystal stuff, stone stuff, or sea glass stuff, so she gets a choice, and everything else goes to the trunk sale.

I plan to hold off on telling her that one of the blue earrings fell into the back of the recliner while I was working on the other one, necessitating about half an hour of searching because I couldn't take the recliner apart to find the damn thing and had to snake my arm blindly through every possible curb in that chair without mangling myself or the furniture. I eventually found it all the way at the back and bottom, where it had drifted to a spot between the upholstering fabric and the lowest possible piece of actual chair. I'm going to see if I can get somebody to autoclave that pair, but if that's not safe for the materials involved, there'll be a hell of a lot of peroxide used to ensure they're clean and safe.
