Took the latest copper bracelet to Bead + Fiber yesterday.
Woven copper wire bracelet consisting of a strip of five wires woven together with much finer wires, a strip of two wires woven together with finer wires, and two hammered, bare wires, all four of which have been loosely braided together, sitting on a piece of speckled gray and black granite

(I've tried to give these accurate alt text; if you're using a reader and you don't get a description of the above two images, let me know so I can use the correct tags for your reader's benefit.)

The woman who owns the store inquired as to how long it took me to make and how much I'd charge for it; the price I gave was, in her opinion, too low. Which, not a surprise, seeing as the only price idea I had for anything like it was for something similar made entirely of sterling silver. After we discussed the bracelet and a few other pieces I'd made she asked if I would be interested in being one of five or six local jewelry makers in a trunk show she was planning this November- basically, show up at the store with thirty or so pieces to sell and split the take with the store according to a pre-agreed-upon percentage.

There is going to be a lot of evening craft work at my apartment for a while, I think.

(Having said that, my Smugmug gallery has been updated with a bunch of other pieces. I haven't given them alt text or descriptive text but they're at https://camwyn.smugmug.com/Jewelry/ if you're interested anyway. And a bunch of them are listed at my online store but it should be noted that I can do a certain degree of custom work, too.)

Congratulations! That's awesome, and I hope the trunk show goes great! And how useful to get pricing advice from somebody with plenty of knowledge on the subject.

Also, that bracelet is lovely.

It's also taxing on the intrinsic hand muscles. So yeah, thinner gauge wire would be much easier on you, and just as pretty.
