I've been training for the American Lung Association's Fight for Air Climb event for a few weeks now. We'll be climbing forty floors of One Boston Place on Saturday, February 6th. My building only has thirty-three office floors, plus two extra floors I only found out about this year- they're the part of the stairwell that extends down into the parking garage. I've been going down to the -2 floor, stretching for a bit, and then heading up to the top without stopping. At this point I can do it in the time it takes to listen to Coldplay's Viva La Vida, the Halo theme music from the Halo 2 soundtrack, and a bit less than two minutes of another song put together. I'm also throwing in a series of either squats or lunges at the top to make up for the five floors my building doesn't have.
