I made another necklace with the same design from blue colors before this. Found out the hard way that a hollow bead like this one is prone to squishing. This central bead was stuffed with scraps of plastic from the bag around my copy of the Boston Globe. Going to have to remember that for when I try to make a smaller model for my mom.
I recently did a necklace that I wore to two Christmas parties. I should remember to take pictures at some point, although I'm not sure a camera can fully capture the subtle sparklies in some of the beads even with the flash on.
