Winter holiday card time
Nov. 18th, 2015 12:07 pmFor those of you who celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Solstice, Festivus, Hogswatch, or other holidays this December: I’ll be buying fundraiser cards from a local women’s shelter and sending them out this year. Or at least trying to, as I sometimes get a little bit out of schedule.
If I know you in some way, and you want a holiday card from me, please contact me with your real-world name and address and let me know which holiday I should indicate on the card.
If you’d prefer an electronic acknowledgment of the holiday, contact me with your email address and charity of choice, and I’ll send you an e-card and make a donation instead.
Even if I have your snail mail address already, please send it and your real name again, because last year I spent like half an hour staring at the list of names and addresses going “wait, which online name does this real name correspond to?” and it’s not an experience I want to repeat.
ETA: Augh! Forgot to set this to screened comments.
