I am not INTERESTED in helping you improve your damned user experience by telling you how easy or hard it was to find what I wanted. YOUR ACT OF ASKING ME ABOUT THE SITUATION INVALIDATES ANY EASE OF USE OR GOODWILL I MAY EVER HAVE HAD TOWARDS YOU.
