It's snowing out, and it's not much above freezing. We're supposed to get between 5 and 8 inches total today.

Debating whether to go get dressed and head to Winthrop Market; I found a recipe for maple cake donuts that uses yogurt, and I have everything but the yogurt.

That's what any Mainer would do. It starts snowing, go to the store and get ... something. Either to bake or to drink. ;)

Also considering going out for beads- I spent an hour or so now stringing beads to make window tiebacks, only to find that I've only got enough beads to make tiebacks for one window, and my bedroom has two, so it's not gonna match. I can pick up the yogurt and some extra maple syrup at a nearby store if I do that, it's just gonna take longer 'cos the bead place is a ways away.

I think I'm good, but thanks for the offer! I got out to Michael's, discovered that it wasn't the store where I'd bought the original beads so I couldn't match what I already had, bought some anyway, found the AC Moore where they did have what I wanted (mostly), bought some there, and headed home. Let me know if you see anything nice, though!
