.... how do you have negative visibility?

I mean, it's one thing if it's foggy Scotland, but that'd be 'visibility: 0 miles', wouldn't it? Negative visibility implies something is actively making it hard to see anything outside of your own eyeballs.

(I realize it's probably a site code glitch. I don't care.)
