camwynWell, I got an EOB form from my health insurance company the other day. My hospital visit to get checked out for the FAA medical certificate will require payment from me, but not more than I can handle. I should also, I think, be able to pay for whatever portion of the upcoming CT scan the urologist called for. I can deal with this.
As opposed to Hoboken University Medical Center and their "We made you sit in the ER for half an hour and then washed your hand, antisepticked the wound, and put some stuff on it before wrapping it up- that'll be $5500, please" bullpuckey. Dear HUMC, I suggest you stop by everything2.com and read up on Dutch profanity. Krijg nou de pokke.
