Mar. 20th, 2014 04:02 pmThink I'm going to get the chocolate cookbook out tonight and make their Cincinnati chili recipe. I need to stop by the supermarket and pick up a few things, but I've got all the spices, so that shouldn't be a problem.
I'm led to understand one of the traditional preparations involves serving the chili over spaghetti and then putting cheddar cheese on it. Is there anything in particular I should know about this method? Sharp cheddar, mild, what? Does it get served with crackers, bread, corn chips, anything like that?
