camwynMade it to work. Not sure why, given that it was tough to see to the end of the block with all the snow, but enh. If the governor asks us to go home early to get the roads clear I'll be happy to turn around and leave, and if he doesn't, I'm at work and can get some things done.
Bright side: I bought traction chains for my boots today. it really is amazing how much difference they make walking on snow. I didn't realize just how much until I stopped at a Starbucks near my office and took the chains off, then walked the rest of the way in- I don't think I'd noticed slipperiness at all on the way to the bus or from the T station to the coffee place.
