Woke up this morning to the sight of it still snowing, a text message from the MTA saying that my T line was experiencing severe delays due to weather related switch failure at my station, and a temperature readout of 3.

I'm working from home today, if anyone needs me.

Lucky you. It isn't nearly that bad here, but the schools are closed and Batya's office is closed, and I am at the office because our managers aren't that enlightened.

It helps that our CEO indicated yesterday that he didn't expect everybody to be able to make it into the office today. They're pretty reasonable people here.

I may still have to go out later, but I'm only going as far as the veterinary hospital to drop off some stuff they need for Shula, and I will be using all the layers. All of them.
