I'm sorry, I know it's not a technical filibuster and I know it's about something important and all of that, but every time I walk past the TV screens tuned to CNBC or CNN on our trading floor and see Ted Cruz yattering away on the screen all I can think is, "Oh, how cute! He thinks he's Wendy Davis!"

Can we at least give him a tiny bit of credit for reading Dr. Seuss, thus elevating the discourse far above the norm?

That much I'll give him. And no more, unless he used a catheter, in which case I do have to give the man some points for being both hardcore and properly prepared.
