Yesterday's discovery: making lime sherbet (American usage) with evaporated milk produces something very nearly as good as making sherbet with cream. I think I'll be writing this up the way I did with the cookies and bacon. I need to do more of that.

And I also need to get back to Janice's adventures in the Mojave Wasteland. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten.
