Jun. 27th, 2013 09:12 amAcquired raspberries and pectin last night from Whole Foods, and a pound and a half of top round from a farmer's market I ran across by mistake. (Would've bought the raspberries from them too but they only had strawberries.) Tonight I intend to make raspberry sorbet and beef jerky, although I will of course be separating the two activities because honestly, beef jerky probably would taste better with something like ginger-orange sherbet.
That being said, I will be taking notes as I go and putting up the proceedings for both on my Tumblr for my next This Is How You Do It recipe. Anyone got a preference as to what to see first?
(And yes, I know I owe you guys the next Notes From New Vegas. I'm working on that one. It's a little trickier because it involves OMG BRAINS.)
