Mar. 24th, 2013 07:49 pmRoot beer's under the sink, waiting to quietly ferment for two days before I can test it. I've left two inches of space in each of the bottles to give the gases room as the yeast works on carbonating, so hopefully there won't be any sassafras-scented explosions. We'll see.
Oh, and I seem to have acquired three pounds of hazelnuts. There is going to be homemade Nutella in my future...
