I wanted books by Anderson Cooper, so I searched on the phrase 'Anderson Cooper' and said 'sort by release date'.

Why is the first listing for the movie Event Horizon?

I didn't think I took that many decongestants this morning.

It came up first because it has the most recent release date (next month). It came up at all because you searched in "all products" rather than "books". And it came up for your search terms because Anderson was the director and there was someone named Cooper listed somewhere in the info (because the B&N search utility is annoying like that).*

Pass the decongestants? I could use some relief from reality right now...

*But if you're in the store and try to eliminate false positives by doing a title or author search rather than keyword, you have to wait while it chugs through the files in a 1+1 search pattern. This takes much longer and can be awkward if you have an impatient customer standing there watching you do nothing to help the find the book they need to read for tomorrow morning's exam.
