Pffft. That's just a mildly outsized grilled cheese. There's a place in Waltham, MA that offers "Dick's Heart Attack," which is a calzone with mozz sticks and bacon.
I don't want that one, but, um, only because it's American cheese and boring bread. If it were a version with proper cheese, I am ashamed to say I would pounce upon that meal. At least on a day when I felt like having lots and lots of saturated fat.
