I haven't read them either, just the summaries and write-ups that Cleolinda's done, but from what I've heard from her and everyone who's actually read Breaking Dawn, you're... probably right. About what goes in in Breaking Dawn, anyway. The others are apparently a lot less grody; Breaking Dawn seems to have blindsided a lot of readers with the birth scene.
