Arbitrary decision: if aaaaaaaagh_sky ever finds a document with Vault-Tec's phone number on it, it will be 1-866-888-2858. Real world phone number- but it translates to 1-866-88VAULT, and it's for technical support on LiveVault real-time backup services. So it sort of works.

Has she been to Vault-Tec HQ yet?

Not yet. Right now she's on her way to Oasis, after which she's going to stumble across Vault 92 by mistake. I'm debating having her hear about Vault-Tec HQ from Agatha but not get its location, thus giving me an excuse to send her back in Agatha's direction and get lost and have another wacky Wasteland adventure before hitting the HQ.

Just out of curiosity, and because I'm reading Ellen's journal now, how did she end up stumbling into Milliways?

Oh, it happened early on. She went into Springvale School, nearly got killed by the raiders there, managed to pick them all off, and in a state of panic over the possibility of more of them, tried to get out via what she thought was a tunnel dug out from under the school. She didn't realize there'd be giant ants in there. When she finally got out of the tunnel, the door led to Milliways rather than back into the school.

Hmm. Didn't know Milliways had the same Random Portal Generator as the Floating Vagabond. Interesting.

Yeah, the comparison's been made once or twice. Portals to the Bar can open up pretty much anywhere that someone needs them to open in the name of getting their character through. Most people have folks open doors only to discover that the doors lead to the Bar instead of their real destination.
