camwynWell, I signed up at Freecycle.org and gave away my old dining table, as well as three chairs and my old bookshelves. Now I just have to get all the remaining boxes out of that space so I can close it down. It's mostly books, and I doubt I'll have room for them all unless I get different bookshelves, but right now the important thing is to get that space emptied so I can finally close out my contract at the storage place.
Is anyone doing anything next weekend? I'm thinking of either renting a van or borrowing my father's truck, getting everything out of the storage space, and then playing a game of Crap - Or Not??. I could use the help in determining whether I should a) throw it away b) put it up on Freecycle or c) lug it up four flights of stairs and stick it in closet space that I have to climb a stepstool to reach. I will provide DVD watching time and/or video game time and food afterwards.
