camwynGn. stiff thighs, slightly less stiff lower back, and pinched nerves in two of the fingers on my left hand from leaning on the handlebars the wrong way or something.
Eh, well, it was worth it.
And now I can look out at the sun and the sky and not feel the least bit guilty about not being in the saddle today.
