I'm gonna be heading out to Babylon, NY later today in advance of a bicycle race- well, bicycle ride, anyway, it's not like there's a timer or anything. The Ride to Montauk is a hundred and three miles, starting in Babylon, Long Island and going along the coastal roads to Montauk. It starts at six AM on Saturday. I hope to finish the ride by three PM and be on the 5:30 train back to Manhattan. I won't have Internet beyond the basics provided by my BlackBerry until I get back.

I do plan on posting brief 'made it this far!' notes from the BlackBerry when I get to various rest stops, though. Assuming I have the coverage, since parts of Long Island might not want to cooperate.
