I've started playing Half-Life 2 in earnest on the Xbox. I'll nbe writing up the experience if people are interested, but these will be going behind cuts as a courtesy to everyone else.

Gordon at Milliways will not be going back to canon until I've finished HL 2, both Episodes, and getting Whistler's canon done. (Also I want him to get his head on a little straighter so that he's not a complete basket case when the shooting starts.)

Side note: I know perfectly well that City 17 is in eastern Europe, but the initial view from the train is such that I derive great amusement from assuming it's actually Newark, NJ instead. Though that leaves the question of what Ravenholm is.

I'll be interested in reading those as well! I did manage to get Half-Life myself and I'd still be freaking out over the tentacle silo monster if I hadn't read your play through (so hard!).

Plus, they are much fun to read.

It's nothing like the countrysides there is no birds singing and the pants are dead and teh dirt is messy and bloody from headcrabs. (-8
