A Republican fundraiser in New Hampshire will allow people to spend the day trying out machine guns and other automatic weapons for $25 each.
That's.... huh. I really hope they have certified instructors and gun safety people on the premises. I don't know that it necessarily sends the best message- 'Hi! We're the political party with GUNS GUNS GUNS!' is not something I would really want to be associated with- but honestly, if they've got instructors and the whole thing is under very tightly controlled circumstances...
That's so much cheaper than shooting a .22 for an hour for the first time at the local gun range. Wow.
