You scored as Augustus. You are Augustus! First emperor of the Romans and one of the greatest statesmen in the ancient world. You brilliantly eased the old Republic into the Principate and set the path for an empire that would last for centuries and form the underpinnings for all western civilization. Hail Caesar!

How fitting, since Rome just had its last episode last night -- the one in which Octavian becomes Emperor Augustus. Well, it's implied anyway.

It's that 11% Nero that worries me a tad.

As long as you don't take up harping, I shall, however, remain calm.

This was my favorite question:
"Everything should be named after you because you are so awesome."
:D

Huh. I got Augustus, too. Hell, how awesome can he have been if there's so many people just like 'im?

I will never be able to imagine Augustus as anyone but Brian Blessed. "Is there anyone in Rome who has not slept with my daughter?!!"

Hail Caesar! (Kaiser, C-zar)

Hmm. I'd've pegged you for Caligula. ;) And - wasn't JULIUS the first CAESAR?

Right. Survival skills are one thing, self-indulgence another. I relied on my knowledge of Roman history (mostly gained by osmosis from five years of living in Rome - ITALY, not Georgia). I was aiming at Marcus Aurelius and was a bit surprised to tie with Tiberius. I hadn't thought the two were that much alike!! Thanks for the diversion - sometimes you really need these things to get through the day!!!
