camwynMS exam 70-271: Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System: passed. Score necessary to pass: 700. Score achieved: 883.
Must schedule 70-272 and pass it to complete MS certified desktop technician status, which is not so much of the prestige but is something that makes the boss-dudes happy, and will allow for further company-sponsored MCSE prep/testing.
