1. Join the Metaquotes community. 2. Go to your regular Update Journal page. 3. Put the stuff in that you wanna metaquote. 4. Look for a box on the web page that says 'post in' or 'post to'. It SHOULD have your user name in it. 5. Click the drop-down on that box. 6. Select 'metaquotes'. 7. Click OK, just as if you were making a normal post.
