I particularly liked the Luna one - seeing the present has always seemed more useful to me than seeing the future, because any fool can figure out the future with the right info about the present, and it makes for better blackmail if the target can't just decide not to do it after all after you threaten them. Plus, not violating cause-and-effect has to reduce the complexity of the spell, I would think.

Really, there's so much more to divination than merely foreseeing the future. Psychometry is a form of divination, really, when it comes right down to it. So's dowsing. All forms of magic that deal with finding the hidden or lost are divination. I don't see why perceiving the concealed present should be any less taught than perceiving the future.
