Well, I've always pronounced it 'CAM-win', but truthfully I don't know how it's supposed to be pronounced. It was the name of an obscure background character in Elizabeth Moon's Deed of Paksenarrion books, a saint called Camwyn Dragonmaster who pre-dated every other saint and who was usually depicted riding a dragon. I never heard anyone say the name aloud, so I assumed it was pronounced 'CAM-win'. Could be wrong, though.

(It's also the name of a major border collie kennel in Australia, I'm told.)

Ohhhhhh. Thanks, Camwyn! I've been switching back and forth from 'Cam-why-n' from 'CAM-WIN' for a bit now. Now I can stop driving me and my mom crazy.

Yeah, you do. *Grin* You got me started about Hellblazer, after all. (And the small fact you didn't kill off Arthur Weasley. I have a small little problem: All my favorite characters ether die, or are evil. I'm a sucky choice of character.)
