Apr. 17th, 2004 12:41 amFunny. It's harder to write a description for a character that I've actually seen on the TV screen than it is to write one for the characters in my head. I suspect that's because I'm trying to make sure the description is recognisable to the readers, not just to my own sense of aesthetics...
Of course, it doesn't make it any easier that the information is being filtered through Arthur Weasley's point of view. Arthur and I have very different opinions, especially when it comes to- say- a first impression of Egon in the middle of a crowd at Heathrow Airport.
Let's not even start on trying to describe his impression of Peter.
