Yeah, the state Attorney General's out to get an injunction to make it stop and to invalidate this and any further such marriage licenses, but hey.
For the record this is what the state AG, Peter Harvey, has to say:
""It is really unfair to same-sex couples. They are coming out of municipal buildings or courthouses having been sold a dream," he said. "Essentially, the official is issuing a worthless certificate. It's the same as if he issued a marriage certificate to two 12-year-old kids who pretended to be married.""
Guess he wants y'all to wait for the civil union law to take effect on 11 July.
